Product presentation

We take reasonable care with descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, stock, and prices. Lighting, screen settings, and normal production variations can cause slight differences in color or appearance. We may correct genuine errors and update product information as needed.

Checking and accepting orders

Orders remain subject to reasonable checks of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk, and legal restrictions. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or legal restrictions. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund goes to the original payment method.

Payment and final charges

Transactions use United States Dollars (USD). Before payment, checkout shows product prices, applicable delivery charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total. By entering payment details, you confirm they are accurate and that you are authorized to use that method.

Delivery and after-purchase requests

Most in-stock purchases require 1–3 business days of processing. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains tracking, international delivery, and delayed or missing parcels. Under the Return & Refund Policy, eligible goods have a 30-calendar-day return window after confirmed delivery. Request authorization, instructions, and the proper warehouse address before returning goods. Request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase; it cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipping preparation starts.

Offers and lawful use

Promotions can have eligibility rules, exclusions, minimum spending requirements, expiry dates, and other disclosed conditions. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retrospectively. Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized resale schemes, payment or promotion abuse, interference with checkout or the site, and other unlawful activities are prohibited.

Limits and protected rights

To the maximum extent applicable law allows, PrbcxVa™ and Guangzhou Sihang Zhichuang Trade Development Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, an order, or a product. No provision removes or restricts statutory rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
