Delivery and tracking

Most in-stock orders require 1–3 business days of processing after payment authorization. Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch; processing is additional. Shipping options and charges appear before payment at checkout. Depending on stock and destination, fulfillment may be handled by our operations or suitable partners. Initial tracking activity may take approximately 48 hours after label creation.

When a parcel is delayed or cannot be found

Email us with your order number if tracking remains unchanged for an extended time or delivery is substantially outside the estimated range. You can also report a missing parcel marked “Delivered.” While we review it, we may ask you to check the delivery area, household members, reception, neighbors, or the local carrier.

Returns and product concerns

Eligible merchandise has a 30-calendar-day return window following confirmed delivery. Contact us for review and approval before sending anything back; we will supply the designated return warehouse address and instructions. The business address is not an automatic return destination. Customers generally pay return shipping for preference-based returns. For confirmed damage, defects, incorrect or incomplete goods, or material discrepancies from the description, we provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without passing the reasonable return cost caused by that problem to you. Approved eligible returns carry no separate restocking fee.

Refunds, order changes, and cancellations

Inspection normally takes up to 5 business days after an approved return arrives at the designated facility. Following approval, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days; your payment provider may need additional posting time. Request order changes or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once processing, fulfillment, shipping preparation, or dispatch has started. Submitting an eligible cancellation request does not incur a separate cancellation fee.

The checkout displays the payment methods enabled for your location, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other supported options. Transactions are processed in USD. Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests; verification of identity may be required depending on the request and applicable law.
